The Best of List Profit Academy Anti-Spam Policy.
In this document, we, us, our and publishers refer to Brian T. Edmondson and
Rahul Majumdar, publishers of 'The Best of List Profit Academy' ("Publishers").
The Best of List Profit Academy electronic book ("e-book") is referred to as
"Best of LPA".
Best of LPA is an information product based on the List Profit Academy
teleseminar series, presented by Brian T. Edmondson in the year 2006. It is
offered for sale to the general public and is intended for personal use only.
We strictly forbid and prohibit the use of customer information for purposes
of transmitting unsolicited “bulk” or commercial email. Similarly, by visiting
our websites and/or purchasing the Best of LPA, customers have implicitly
agreed not to use anyone's personal information to either collect e-mail
addresses or send unsolicited email.
Furthermore, the publishers state that any communication that occurs between
themselves and Best of LPA customers after purchase of Best of LPA occurs
solely on a voluntary basis, after initiation by the customer. The publishers
may send email to individuals with whom they have a pre-existing relationship,
or to customers who have expressly indicated through a voluntary "opt-in" process
that they want to receive the type of email communication being sent.
What to do if you believe you've been spammed.
If you believe you have received an unsolicited email as a result of interacting with
the publishers, please take a moment to tell us about it. Please forward a copy of
the offending email to infoentrepreneur.rm@gmail.com We are strong believers
in permission-based marketing and do not tolerate "spam". We will immediately
investigate, and if abuse is proven, will take immediate appropriate action to
eliminate abusive future mailings from the individual or company involved.
We adhere to both the spirit and the letter of the Controlling the Assault of
Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing (CAN-SPAM) Act (2003).
